Late Policy
If you show up late to your appointment, it causes your appointment to run into the time of my other scheduled appointments.

For every minute you are late, you will have an additional $2 per minute charge added to your appointment total.
ex: 5 min late = $10, 10 min late = $20, 15 min late = $30, etc.

If you do not show after 15 minutes from your scheduled appointment time, and if I don't get any notice from you, I will assume you are not going to show up and your appointment will be marked as a "no-show". You will be sent an invoice through Square within 24 hours of the appointment.

If I am running late and your appointment does not start at the scheduled time, you will only be charged starting from the time I begin your service.
POLICIES
BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME
You are consenting to abide by these policies and will be subject to any charges incurred in accordance with these policies. All fees must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy
When appointments are rescheduled or canceled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will owe 50% of the total price for the scheduled appointment.

If you reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will owe 100% of the total price for the scheduled appointment.
​
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, or "no-show", you will be subject to pay 100% of the appointment total as well as a "no-show" fee of $60.

If you do not show after 15 minutes from your scheduled appointment time, and if I don't get any notice from you, I will assume you are not going to show up and your appointment will be marked as a "no-show". You will be sent an invoice through Square within 24 hours of the appointment.

IF YOU CANCEL OR NO SHOW 3 TIMES, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO RETAIN ALL FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.
This deposit will go towards your scheduled service.
BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME YOU ARE CONSENTING TO ABIDE BY THESE POLICIES AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO ANY CHARGES INCURRED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE POLICIES.

ALL FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS CAN BE SCHEDULED.

If you contact me about an appointment I will ONLY respond to emails sent to contact@hairbyelisabethtaylor.com or text messages sent to (256)801-0104 (any previous numbers are no longer valid).

The business hours in which I will respond to any form of contact are as follows; Monday - Friday from 8am - 8pm

Please allow 1-2 business days for a reply.

IF YOU ATTEMPT TO CONTACT ME ON A WEEKEND I WILL NOT RESPOND UNTIL THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY UNLESS IT IS AN URGENT INQUIRY ABOUT A WEEKEND APPOINTMENT.
